Progress has been rapid these past few weeks at Santa Rosa and we are nearly complete. Our talented team of craftsman are putting the finishing touches on everything, and then we’ll go over everything with a fine tooth comb for our final punch list before move in. Check out the progress below.

Progress continues to move quickly as we approach our target for a June completion. This week cabinetry and tile continue to be installed, and finish flooring and trim work begins on the second floor. The Sound Tec flooring not only looks beautiful, but it should also help to reduce sound between units.

With the outside mostly complete it’s time to focus on the interior. We’ve partnered with Clay Imports to bring some gorgeous artistic tiles both on the inside and outside of Santa Rosa. Tile is finished on several units and it’s looking great!

As spring arrives, progress has really been picking up on the exterior of the building. There are still some finishing touches to do, but landscaping is in, and things are looking great!
